This practice not only promotes physical flexibility but also encourages mental relaxation.

In February, the cold winter months are not yet over. It is often a transitional month between the frosty days of winter and the first signs of spring. During this time, fresh produce from open fields remains limited. Many vegetables still need time to transition into the spring season, but some hardy outdoor crops are already available. The selection of fruits and vegetables is supplemented by stored produce from the previous year’s harvest, ensuring that regional ingredients remain accessible.

In January, winter is at its peak in many regions, which affects the availability of fresh fruits and vegetables. The selection of outdoor-grown produce is often limited during this time of year, but proper storage of harvested crops ensures a diverse range of seasonal ingredients remains available. This season is ideal for hardy vegetables that thrive in colder temperatures and for produce that stores well in cool, dark environments.
My Story

But I need to start from the beginning to explain how I ended up in that helicopter on that April day: For some time, I had been feeling a profound exhaustion and fatigue. Everything felt heavy, every step too much, and I was increasingly out of breath. “It’s just the stress,” I tried to calm myself. After all, a lot was happening: I had just gone through a breakup, needed to find a new apartment, and work was demanding a lot from me.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the conscious awareness of the present moment without judgment. It comes from the Buddhist tradition, but it has also gained significance in Western psychology and therapy. Mindfulness means being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations and accepting them without distractions or judgments. It’s about fully experiencing the present moment, rather than dwelling on thoughts about the past or the future. The practice of mindfulness has numerous benefits for both body and mind. Studies show that mindfulness can reduce stress, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve overall quality of life.

I’m truly happy to welcome you to my blog!
