Hypnosis

Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness that allows a person to access the subconscious mind. Unlike the regular waking state, where our mind is constantly active, hypnosis involves deep relaxation while remaining highly focused. It’s a state where consciousness is directed towards specific thoughts, feelings, or memories without being distracted by the outer world.
Journaling

One of the biggest advantages of journaling is the opportunity for self-reflection. When you put your thoughts on paper, you take the time to organize and analyze them. Often, we are not fully aware of what is truly bothering us until we put it into words. A journal can serve as a mirror, helping us see things from a new perspective and gain clarity.
Somatic Experiencing

The term “somatic” is derived from Greek and means “related to the body.” Somatic exercises are specific movement practices that focus on body awareness and the connection between body and mind. The main aspect of somatic exercises is to train the awareness of one’s body and bodily sensations. They involve slow, mindful movements that penetrate the body and various muscles and fascia to release tension and, most importantly, emotional blockages.
Meditation

Die Wurzeln der Meditation reichen bis in die Antike zurück. Die frühesten Aufzeichnungen über meditative Praktiken stammen aus Indien, wo sie Teil des Hinduismus und später des Buddhismus wurden.
Ayurveda

As you’ve probably already read, I started an Ayurveda Coach training program—simply out of pure interest. I find it fascinating how this philosophy views health and the individual as a whole. For those who have never encountered this topic, here’s a little introduction to what it’s all about.
Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a calm and meditative form of yoga that focuses on holding poses for extended periods—typically between three to five minutes. Unlike dynamic yoga styles that emphasize muscle strength and movement, Yin Yoga aims to stretch and stimulate the connective tissues, joints, and fascia. This practice not only promotes physical flexibility but also encourages mental relaxation.
My Story

But I need to start from the beginning to explain how I ended up in that helicopter on that April day: For some time, I had been feeling a profound exhaustion and fatigue. Everything felt heavy, every step too much, and I was increasingly out of breath. “It’s just the stress,” I tried to calm myself. After all, a lot was happening: I had just gone through a breakup, needed to find a new apartment, and work was demanding a lot from me.
What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the conscious awareness of the present moment without judgment. It comes from the Buddhist tradition, but it has also gained significance in Western psychology and therapy. Mindfulness means being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations and accepting them without distractions or judgments. It’s about fully experiencing the present moment, rather than dwelling on thoughts about the past or the future. The practice of mindfulness has numerous benefits for both body and mind. Studies show that mindfulness can reduce stress, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve overall quality of life.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m truly happy to welcome you to my blog! Through my personal story of forced slow-down, my attitude towards topics like mindfulness, inner peace, stress management, and everything related to physical and emotional healing has changed significantly. In the past, I was always running around, thinking it was normal to be constantly on the go, to have stress, to not care about my emotions, and I thought mindfulness was ridiculous, etc. Unfortunately, this led to such a major health crash that I could no longer continue like that. For details, you can read my personal story here on this blog.
Affirmations

Affirmations are far more than just a few nice sentences you say to yourself in the morning in front of the mirror. They are powerful tools to transform our thinking, mindset, and ultimately our lives. But what exactly are affirmations, how do they work, and why is it worth integrating them into your daily routine?
