Journaling

One of the biggest advantages of journaling is the opportunity for self-reflection. When you put your thoughts on paper, you take the time to organize and analyze them. Often, we are not fully aware of what is truly bothering us until we put it into words. A journal can serve as a mirror, helping us see things from a new perspective and gain clarity.

My Story

But I need to start from the beginning to explain how I ended up in that helicopter on that April day: For some time, I had been feeling a profound exhaustion and fatigue. Everything felt heavy, every step too much, and I was increasingly out of breath. “It’s just the stress,” I tried to calm myself. After all, a lot was happening: I had just gone through a breakup, needed to find a new apartment, and work was demanding a lot from me.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m truly happy to welcome you to my blog! Through my personal story of forced slow-down, my attitude towards topics like mindfulness, inner peace, stress management, and everything related to physical and emotional healing has changed significantly. In the past, I was always running around, thinking it was normal to be constantly on the go, to have stress, to not care about my emotions, and I thought mindfulness was ridiculous, etc. Unfortunately, this led to such a major health crash that I could no longer continue like that. For details, you can read my personal story here on this blog.
