I’m truly happy to welcome you to my blog! Through my personal story of forced slow-down, my attitude towards topics like mindfulness, inner peace, stress management, and everything related to physical and emotional healing has changed significantly. In the past, I was always running around, thinking it was normal to be constantly on the go, to have stress, to not care about my emotions, and I thought mindfulness was ridiculous, etc. Unfortunately, this led to such a major health crash that I could no longer continue like that.
